By submitting content (such as quiz results, names, or character details) for inclusion in comics or creative projects, you grant Sunny Jean UniverZe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content across media platforms (print, digital, and promotional).
You confirm that your submissions are original, non-infringing, and voluntary.

If you participate in the ZET Survivor Program or any fan-driven content, you agree that your character likeness may be adapted — potentially through AI visual tools — for storytelling and promotional use.

5. Payments and Donations

All transactions are processed securely through Wix-approved payment providers. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that funds may support production, hosting, and development of the Sunny Jean UniverZe creative projects.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Once shipped, Sunny Jean UniverZe is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party carriers. Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective or incorrect items only.

7. Content Disclaimer

The Sunny Jean UniverZe explores mature themes, including violence and survival in fictional, apocalyptic settings. All characters, places, and events are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

8. Limitation of Liability
